messaging, the chat text displays as a text message on the
other phone. The reply displays as chat text on your phone.

You can start a chat session from a text message. Press

and select
Chat
to start a new session with the sender’s
Reply To
number in the

field.

When your phone displays

some existing messages from your inbox, outbox, or drafts
folder to receive new chat messages.
