Indicator

Description

Signal Strength Indicator

indicates the strength of the signal
from the network. The

signal

strength indicator appears
continuously in the top left hand
corner of the display. The more
segments displayed in the bar
graph, the stronger the signal. Five
bars indicate full signal strength.
No bars indicate a weak signal

Battery Charge Indicator

indicates the strength of the
battery charge. The more
segments displayed, the greater
the battery charge.

When you are in satellite mode,
you can also check the strength of
the charge at any time through the
menu. See “+ Showing the Battery
Meter” on page 115 for more
information.

Real Time Clock Indicator

displays the time in either 12-hour
or 24-hour format when you are in
satellite mode. See “+ Change the
