Note: To use voice recognition, tap and when
prompted, say “Messaging.” Then, say “Create Message”
and follow the prompts.
First, connect your MOTONAV with your mobile phone (see
page 34). Then, sync your contacts (see page 36).
1 Tap the map, then tap Main Menu > Messaging > Create Message .
2 Tap or say “ Custom Message ” to type a message, My Location
to send your current location, or any of the pre-written
text messages.
3 Tap Send To to see the list of your contacts.
4 Tap or say the name of a contact.
5 Tap or say “ Send .”
reply to messages
Find it: tap the map, then tap Main Menu > Messaging
1 Select the message to reply to.
2 Tap or say “ Reply .”
3 Select a quick, pre-written message or tap Custom Message
to compose a message using the keyboard.
4 Tap Send .
