• The screws are not suitable for the wall structure.

• Check the installation measures.

• Check that the number of screws is sufficient and that they are indicated in this manual.

• Open the awning.

• Place a folded plastic can in 4, on the side where the 

screen changes, between the tube and the screen. If 

necessary add more shims until the screen is normal. If the 

latch still does not fit, fold the plastic latch further to gain 

thickness and redo the same operations.
