3.5 Installing the Analyzer and Polarizer

Make sure analyzer or polarizer clean

Insert the analyzer (Fig.9-1) or polarizer (Fig.9-2) into the optical path.

3.6 Power cord

Make sure the power cord complying with the local
power supply specification

Connect the socket of the of the power cord to the
AC inlet on the rear of the base of the
microscope. (Fig.10)

Plug in the other end of the cord to an AC outlet with
ground conductor.
