These instructions detail the safe use, assembly and maintenance of your product.
Please read these instructions carefully and ensure that they are followed at all times.

Do not use the unit on an elevated or uneven surface.
•
Use only on a level floor, in a safe area.
•
Do not use this change table if any part is broken, damaged or missing.
•
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions at all times.
•
Where present, use the safety belt at all times.
•
Do not use the unit near an open fire, barbecue, or exposed flame.
•
The unit is designed for one child only.
•
Ensure that the unit is completely assembled and check that all parts are
securely tightened before placing a child on the table. Screws shall not be loose
because a child can squeeze parts of the body, or clothing (eg strings, necklaces,
ribbons for dummies, ect) could get caught. There may be a strangulation hazard.
•
Regularly inspect the unit for any parts that are loose, broken, torn or missing.
Attend to the problem as soon as it is noted.
•
Do not move the unit whilst a child is on it.
•
Where applicable, apply all the brakes on the castor wheels when in use.
•
Replace the change pad if it is torn or damaged.
•
Use only approved spares and accessories supplied by IGC Dorel for the unit.
•
This unit is not intended for commercial use.
•
Stop using when infant starts to roll.
•
To avoid danger of suffocation, keep any plastic bags away from babies
and children.

A changing pad must be used with this table. The pad should fit snugly into
the table top recess. Recommended size:
