The following symbols and signal words are used in this operating

PROHIBITED
This symbol prohibits the use of the appliance near

The hair straightener is safety insulated and radio screened. It
meets the requirements of EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Direc-
tive 2014/30/EU and Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.

Check all the parts for possible transport damage.
Safety
Caution! Damage due to incorrect power supply.

Only operate the hair straightener with the voltage
stated on the nameplate.
Operation
1. Connect to the mains power supply. A brief acoustic signal will
sound twice.
2. Switch on the hair straightener (Fig. 2) using the on/off switch
(C). An acoustic signal will sound and the on/off switch will illu-
minate blue. The touch icon for the temperature control (H) will
flash blue. The preset operating temperature is 150°C.
3. Set the desired temperature (150°C - 230°C) by briefly tapping
the touch icon (H). The corresponding temperature will be
displayed. Once the operating temperature has been reached,
the touch icon (H) will illuminate permanently and an acoustic
signal will sound.
4. After using the hair straightener, switch it off using the on/off
switch (Fig. 2). Two acoustic signals will sound and the LEDs
on the on/off switch and the touch display will go out.
5. Disconnect from the mains.
6. Allow the hair straightener to cool down.
The hair straightener can be folded together and locked
in place for safe storage.
1. Fold the hair straightener together and hold it in
place.
2. Slide the locking fixture (D) forwards (Fig. 3
