Limited Warranty
We warrant the frame to be free of manufacturing defects to the original
purchaser for a period of 1 year. Proof of purchase (dated register receipt) and
photos of product are required for warranty claims.
Steel frames are pre-treated and sturdy. Each frame is hand-welded using full
circumference 360 degree heli-arc welding technology and then inspected for
both strength and appearance. Frames are then hand sanded and polished
prior to finishing. Note: Steel Frames may rust, if not properly maintained. Rust
can be eliminated with Rust-O-Leum or similar products. Freeze damage is
not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions: Furniture used for any purpose other than private
residential use; furniture damaged by acts of nature, abuse, lack of proper
care and maintenance, or improper assembly; hardware against rust or
corrosion; loss of use, inconvenience or any other incidental damages.
