How to make an excellent, really firm mayonnaise?
INGREDIENTS
1 egg yolk – 1 tbs, Mustard – 2 tbs, Water – 1 tbs vinegar –
100ml oil – salt and pepper.
- It is important to have all the ingredients at room temperature
before making the mayonnaise.
- Place 2 tbs. Oil and all the other ingredients into the bowl. Mix it
gently by pressing the button for a few times. Add the rest of the
oil. Run the appliance for a further 30 seconds.
