Mint sauce
Ingredients
10g fresh mint
100ml plain yoghurt
Method

Roughly chop mint in 5g lots.

Mix with yoghurt.

Chill before serving.
French herby dressing
Ingredients
1/2
clove garlic
2g each of chives, thyme, mint
50ml olive oil
1/2
tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp soft brown sugar
1/2
tsp wholegrain mustard
Salt and pepper
Method
1
Finely chop garlic clove in mini-chopper.

Roughly chop herbs in chopper.

Mix with other ingredients and serve on
salads.
Fresh coriander chutney
Ingredients
25g fresh coriander leaves
1 green chilli
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp natural yoghurt
1/2
tsp golden caster sugar
Salt and pepper
Method

Roughly chop herbs in mini chopper, 5g at
a time.

Cut chilli into 1cm slices and finely chop.

Finely chop garlic.

Mix all these together and add remaining
ingredients.
