USING YOUR COLD 
COMPRESS PACK

The cold compress pack can be
used either hot or cold. We
recommend however that you
use the electric heat pad for the
best results with heat therapy.

Cold use

Place the pack without the polar
fleece cover in the freezer for at
least 2 hours for best result.

NOTE: You can leave your cold
compress pack in the freezer
until it is needed.

When required remove from
freezer. Put the cold compress
pack in the polar fleece cover.

WARNING: Never apply
the pack without the
polar fleece cover. You
could cause skin
damage.

Wrap the cold compress pack
around the desired area using
the elasticated strap and velcro

The treatment pack will last
approx 30 - 45 minutes. It is not
recommended that the cold
compress pack is used for more
than 20 minutes at a time.

NOTE: For best result put the
cotton side against your skin.

If it becomes to cold you can
use with the fleece against your
skin.

The cold compress pack can be
used on various parts of the
body including back, shoulder,
knees, elbows, wrist and ankles

Hot use

The cold compress pack can
also be also be used hot if
required

Remove the blue pack from the
polar fleece cover.

Place the pack without the polar
fleece cover in heated water for
8 minutes.

WARNING: Do not place
in boiling water

WARNING: Do not heat
up in the microwave.

Carefully remove the pack from
the water with suitable
equipment. Wipe the pack dry.

Place pack in polar fleece cover.

WARNING: Never apply
the pack without the
polar fleece cover. You
could cause skin
damage.

Wrap the pack around the
desired area.

The treatment pack will last
approx 15 - 25 minutes. It is
recommended that the hot pack
is used for a max 20 minutes.

NOTE: If the temperature is too
hot leave to cool. 

WARNING: Do not use
the heat pack for
perlonged periods as you
can cause skin damage.
