If your cleaner isn’t picking up as well as it should,
please check

• Hepa filter

It is important to clean it everytime you empty the pod, otherwise

the performance of the cleaner will be impaired. The pod filters and

pod are fully washable but must be fully dry before re-fitting (see

page 5).

• Blockages

Check the nozzle, tube and hose for blockages. The panel on the

bottom of the floor nozzle may be removed for access to the floor

nozzle air-path.

• Rotating brush

If the rotating brush is stalled, the brush motor stops automatically.

Switch off and unplug the cleaner before removing any article

trapped in the brush. The brush motor protection will only reset after

the power has been disconnected.
