Using your tong
After w

important to prepare it for styling.

ou begin styling. Alw

el, and then use a widetooth comb to
detangle and smooth y
our hair
.
Use y
our hair dry
er until y
our hair
is thoroughly dry
. Applying high
temperatures to damp or w
et hair will
increase the probability of hair breaking
or becoming permanently damaged.
Divide y
our hair into sections and
comb each section thoroughly
.
Slide the On/Off switch to turn y

tong on. The red light will illuminate to

our tong is turned on. Clamp the
end of a small section of hair in betw
een
the barrel and the le

. Raise the le

wn firmly
. Once the hair is in
place
, wind the barrel to

ards the root of
your hair wrapping hair around the barrel

wing the spiral on the tong as y
ou go.
Be careful not to let the barrel get too
close to y
our head, as it reaches a really
high temperature
. Hold the tong in place
for a fe
w seconds only
, then release the
clamp le
ver and let the curl un
wind.
Repeat on all sections of y
our hair
.
There is no need to lea
ve the hair around
the barrel for longer than a fe
w seconds
.
This will a
void unnecessary damage to
the hair cuticle
.
Your tong reaches a v
ery hot temperature
really quickly
, so be careful not to lea
ve
your tong on surfaces like carpets
, which
could get damaged.
