SEAT
: Use a damp cloth to clean the upholstery. Please note that extensive use of the
wheelchair outdoors reduces the lifetime of the upholstery, due to exposure to sunlight.
Normal wear and tear from use is not covered by the warranty. The seat cover can also be
removed for more thorough washing. It is recommended to use cold water and normal mild
detergents for washing.
An authorised retailer will perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on your wheelchair,
for both the electrical and electronic parts and for the wheels and batteries. It is also a good
idea to store the wheelchair in a dry place after use.
20. TROUBLESHOOTING
Moretti wheelchairs are equipped with a device that constantly controls the electrical and
electronic system, to ensure safe and comfortable driving. If a malfunction or error occurs,
the LED with a wrench symbol flashes continuously for a specific number of times to indicate
that there is a problem when the wheelchair is switched on. The number of flashes indicates
the type of malfunction. Several suggestions on resolving the main problems you could have
with your wheelchair are provided below. To start self-diagnosis, press the ON/OFF button of
the electric wheelchair and count the number of flashes.
