Choose a goal
Set a goal to help you get started on your health and fitness
journey. To begin, your goal is 15,000 steps per day. Choose to
increase or decrease the number of steps, or to change your
goal to active minutes, distance traveled, or calories burned.
Target completion reminder
When some goals are achieved, shake the
fitness tracker to get the interface of target
completion reminder displayed.
