kindly also ensure you have switched “ON” the Bluetooth from your mobile

PLEASE TAKE NOTE, “BLUETOOTH OFF” refers to “
Turn OFF your
Bluetooth
”. It does not mean currently the Bluetooth is disabled. However, the
Bluetooth will be disabled if you see the message “
BLUETOOTH ON
”.

your phone is not able to be discover, please kindly make some
troubleshooting attempt;
1) Try to search for few more times, try to minimize the number of
Bluetooth devices surround you.
2) Please use your mobile phone and enter the Bluetooth, see if you can
“add” or “Search” for a new Bluetooth devices at the same time Marbella
