    4.5. What to do if something goes wrong 
 

4.5.1. Drier Does Not Work 

 

 

Ensure the plug is in the socket and the power is switched on. 

 

Check there is not a power cut 

 

Check the fuse in the plug (Must be 13 amp) 

 

Ensure the drum door is closed correctly. 

 

Has the start/pause button been pressed – press it again. 

 

Does the filter require cleaning? 

 

Does the condenser require cleaning? 

 

Does the water container require emptying? 

 

4.5.2. Drying Results Unsatisfactory 

 

 

Wrong programme has been selected – see section 3.3. 

 

Filter is clogged – remove and clean the filter. 

 

Condenser requires cleaning – remove and clean condenser. 

 

Water container is full – remove and empty water container. 

 

Incorrect volume of laundry has been added – follow the loading 
instructions carefully before adding garments and starting the drying 
cycle. 

 

4.5.3. Drying Cycle Lasts Too Long 

 

 

The load volume is too large – reduce the load volume. 

 

The laundry was too wet – ensure laundry has been spun to remove 
excess moisture. 

 

If after the above checks there is still a fault please contact your service
