Before
use
When
using
the
electric
blanket
for
the
first
time
,
please
set
the
temperature
position
to
3
and
leave
the
blanket
for
2
hours,
before
going
to
bed.
This
helps
remove
any
humidity
present
in
the
electric
blanket.
When
using
the
electric
blanket
for
the
first
time
you
may
notice
an
unpleasant
smell.
This
is
normal
and
will
disappear
after
a
while.
Temperature
settings
The
control
panel
has
Braille
marks,
which
allows
for
easy
operation
in
the
dark.
Temperature
positions:
0
OFF
1
Low
heat
2
Medium
heat
3
Preheat.
This
setting
is
recommended
for
preheating
your
bed,
30
minutes
before
going
to
bed.
Warning:
the
highest
temperature
setting
(3)
is
for
preheating
the
blanket
only
and
not
recommended
for
continuous
operation.
The
indicator
light
on
the
control
panel
lights
up
when
the
electric
blanket
is
switched
on.
MAINTENANCE
AND
CLEANING
Note:
•
Do
not
clean
the
blanket
chemically,
do
not
bleach,
do
not
iron
and
do
not
dry
it
in
the
tumble
dryer!
•
The
electric
wiring
is
completely
watertight.
Removing
stains
•
Put
the
switch
to
"OFF"
and
remove
the
plug
from
the
wall
socket.
•
Remove
stains
with
a
damp
sponge
with
a
mild
detergent.
•
Remove
any
excess
water
by
patting
it
with
a
dry
cloth.
Hand
‐
washing
Note:
do
not
use
the
hand
‐
wash
program
of
the
washing
machine!
•
Put
the
switch
to
"OFF"
and
remove
the
plug
from
the
wall
socket.
•
Detach
the
controller.
•
Immerse
the
blanket
in
lukewarm
water
with
a
detergent
for
fine
fabrics
and
allow
the
blanket
to
soak
for
5
minutes.
•
Hand
‐
wash
the
blanket
and
rinse
well
with
lukewarm
water.
•
After
washing,
press
the
water
out
of
the
blanket
with
a
flat
hand
and
let
the
blanket
dry
completely.
Note:
do
not
wring
the
blanket,
as
this
may
damage
the
internal
wiring.
Machine
wash
•
Put
the
switch
to
"OFF"
and
remove
the
plug
from
the
wall
socket.
