Troubleshooting

Problem

Washer does not operate.
NOTE: If the washer 

stopped during a cycle 

due to a loss of power, the 

washer will resume the 

cycle when the power is 

restored.

Not plugged in.

The circuit breaker tripped 

or fuse is blown.

The lid is not closed.

Water source is not on.

Machine has been 

paused.

Delay start program is in use.

Washer is cold.

Confirm plug is secure in 

outlet.

Reset circuit breaker or 

replace fuse.

Close lid.

Turn on water faucet(s).

Press start/pause button.

Check digital display for

extended period of time, 

allow it to warm up before
