Zippy Pork Ribs
½
cup brown sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
2 lbs. pork ribs
1. To avoid cross contamination, wash hands, cutting boards, utensils, etc. after
touching raw meat.
2. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl to make a rub.
3. Cut the pork into single-bone sections.
4. Coat the pork generously with the rub and place the pieces on the air fry pan.
5. Cook on AIR FRY for 20 minutes at 400° F.
6. Rotate the ribs with tongs and cook for another 10 minutes at 400° F or until
the internal temperature reaches 145° F.
7. Serve with your favorite barbeque sauce.
Serves 2–3
Scrambled Eggs
3 eggs
salt & pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp. milk
1. To avoid cross contamination, wash hands and utensils after touching raw eggs.
2. Stir all ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl or mug.
3. Cover with a paper towel and cook on HIGH 45 seconds. Stir and cook
another 45 seconds. Let sit for 30 seconds and serve.

Cheddar Grits with Green Onions
1 cup uncooked instant grits
2 cloves garlic, minced

cups broth or water

cups cheddar cheese, grated

cup butter, softened
dash cayenne pepper
3 green onions, chopped
salt & pepper, to taste
1. Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Cover and cook at 100% power in 1-minute intervals, stirring in between, until
grits are cooked (3–5 minutes total).

Spicy Shrimp

tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. olive oil
½
tsp. Old Bay® seasoning
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
12 oz. small raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1. To avoid cross contamination, wash hands, cutting boards, utensils, etc. after
touching raw seafood.
2. In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the cayenne and Old Bay®. Set aside.
3. Place the shrimp in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil. Then, while stirring
the shrimp, sprinkle over the seasoning mix and coat evenly.
4. Pour the shrimp into the air fry pan and cook on AIR FRY at 400°F for 10
minutes.
5. When shrimp is done, toss with the melted butter and serve.
Serves 2–3
Microwave Mac & Cheese for One
½
cup. elbow macaroni
½
cup shredded cheddar cheese
½
cup water
2 tsp. milk
1. Combine the macaroni and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on 100% for 6
minutes, stopping to stir every 2 minutes.
2. Add the shredded cheese and cook another 45 seconds. Stir in the milk until
smooth and serve.
