Troubleshooting

Cleaning & Care

1.  Do not use abrasive brushes or pads, or harsh cleaning solutions.
2. Use a soft cloth, sponge or rubber spatula to remove any stuck-on food
    or residue.
3. Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth.
4. Defrost the freezer when the frost is approximately 5mm thick. Set the
temperature control to “0” and unplug the appliance. Remove food and leave
the door open. The ice will melt into the drip tray. Empty the drip tray as
    needed and wipe it clean.

NEVER use a knife or anything metal to scrape the

frost! NEVER pour hot water into the freezer to speed defrosting!

When

defrosting is complete, plug in again, and set to the desired temperature.
5.

Do not immerse any electrical appliance, its cord, or its plug, into

    water.

•The temperature is set too low.

The refrigerator seems to make unusual noise:

•The body of the refrigerator touches a wall.

•The door is opened too often or not closed properly.

•The room is humid.

•The food is not packaged correctly.
