CHECK LIST PRIOR TO DELIVERY

 

Check  the  free  play  for  the  throttle  grip,  the 

cable  installation  and  the  operation  in  all  the 

steering positions.

 

Check the air pressure in the tyres.

 

Check the electrical components to make sure 

they work properly and properly adjusted.

•  Headlight

-  Low beam.

-  High beam.

-  Position light.

•  Tail light.

-  Position light.

-  Front brake light switch

-  Rear brake light switch

•  Flashing turn indicators (left / right).

•  Horn.

•  Engine stop switch.

•  Registration plate light.

•  Instrument panel indicators.

 Coolant level.

 Engine oil level.

 

Check that all the nuts, bolts and other retainers 

are tightened securely.

 

Make sure that all the applicable campaigns for 

updating and call-in for the product are met.

 

TEST RUN:

Check the working, handling and operation.

•  Transmission and clutch: ease of changing 

gear, working of the clutch, etc.

•  Acceleration: smoothness, etc.

•  Running: smoothness, etc.

•  Handling:  stability  and  ease  of  changes  in 

direction.

•  Brakes: smoothness and braking force.

•  Idle speed: smoothness, throttle response, 

return to idle speed.

•  Check the idle speed again 10 minutes after 

stopping and ride the bike again.

•  Speedometer  and  odometer:  working 

correctly.

•  At  the  end  of  the  test  run,  check  whether 

there are any fuel, oil or coolant leaks; check 

that the fan works.
