UPDATING THE SOFTWARE
In the event that a software update is made available, perform
the following steps to update your scaler's software.
1.
Download the zip file with the software update, then
extract the MERGE.bin file to the root directory of a USB
flash drive.
2.
Plug the USB flash drive into the USB port on the front
panel.
3.
Press and hold the ENTER button for about 5 seconds,
until the OSD menu is displayed, then release the button.
The software update will commence. When it is
complete, the scaler will automatically reboot.
