1. Install the battery.

• Rotate the top of the right earpiece counterclockwise to reveal the battery compartment.
• Insert a AAA battery into the battery holder. Make sure the polarity of the battery matches that of the battery  
   compartment on the headphones.
• Rotate the right earpiece cap clockwise to secure it in place.

2. Connect the straight end of the detachable 3.5mm Audio cable to the headphones.
    Connect the other end to the headphone output jack of your audio source device

3. Start playback and adjust the volume level

• Press "play" on your audio device to begin playback of your audio material.
• Adjust the volume of the headphones by pressing the + and - buttons.
• Press the center button twice to toggle play/pause mode.
• Note that the inline controls may not be fully compatible with non iOS devices.
• Turn the ANR circuit on or off as desired.

4. Answering a phone call when using an iPhone.

• Press the center button once to answer the call.
• Adjust the volume with the + and - buttons.
• Press the center button once again to end the call.

5. Connecting to a PC or Mac.

• Connect the straight end of the detachable 3.5mm Audio cable to the headphones. Connect the other end to the 
   Internet Calling Adapter.

• Connect the 3.5mm plugs on the Internet Calling Adapter to the computer's audio input and output jacks.
• On a PC the microphone plug connects to the jack with the pink identifying color and the headphone plug to the  
    jack with the light green identifying color.
• Configure your computer to use the headphones for audio output and to accept the microphone as an audio
    input.
• Turn the ANR circuit on or off as desired

6. The Active Noise Reduction on/off switch is located on the left earpiece.

• Slide the switch to the ON position to enable ANR.
• Slide the switch to the OFF position to disable ANR.
• When the ANR circuit is active, the LED is illuminated.
• You may use the headphones with or without ANR enabled.
• You may use the headphones with the ANR circuit enabled and without audio material to create a quiet space in 
   which to think, concentrate, or sleep.

7. Storing the Headphones

• Turn the ANR function OFF by sliding the switch on the left earpiece to the OFF position.
• Careful rotate the earpieces to fold the headphones flat. Note that if you feel resistance, you are trying to rotate 
   them in the wrong direction. DO NOT FORCE THE EARPIECES TO ROTATE.
• Place the headphones in the provided storage case.
• If you do not intend to use the headphones for an extended period of time, remove the AAA battery from inside 
   the right earpiece.
