MAINTENANCE
CHANGING PRE-FILTERS
Regular checks should be carried out to ensure the airflow performance is
maintained. Should the module fail to achieve adequate performance, this normally
indicates that the Pre-Filter/s and / or HEPA filter require changing.
(For replacement filter part numbers, see below)
1. Turn the system off and disconnect from mains.
2. Remove the thumb screws securing the pre-filter retaining frame.
3. Remove the pre-filter frame and filter.
4. Replace pre-filter with the correct type (see page 5).
5. Replace the thumb screws securing the pre-filter retaining frame.
6. Reconnect the mains supply and switch on.
7. Check the airflow and adjust if necessary (as detailed in the setup section)
CHANGING HEPA FILTER
1. Turn the system off and disconnect from mains.
2. Remove the screws securing the filter retaining frame.
3. Remove the filter frame and HEPA filter.
4. Replace HEPA filter with the correct type (see page 5).
5. Replace cover filter and filter frame using the 8 screws.
6. Reconnect the mains supply and switch on.
7. Check the airflow and adjust if necessary (as detailed in the setup section)
8. DOP test filter integrity.
