Error indication and
detection results
In case a suspicious banknote is detected or a
banknote fails to be identified, the detector alerts
the user by error indication. A genuine banknote can
be impossible to identify if it is creased, old, dirty
or torn.
!
Please note that banknotes with new designs
occasionally appear in circulation. If errors occur
during verification of such banknotes, a new
version of the software has to be installed at the
Service Center.
