Error Codes
In case a suspicious banknote is detected or a
banknote fails to be identified, an error code is
displayed. Errors may occur if a genuine banknote is
bent, creased, old, dirty, washed, torn, glued, faded,
of if it has been exposed to aggressive environment,
defaced, or has unauthorized writings.

Since new design banknotes are issued period-
ically, in case errors occur when such banknotes
are verified, a new version of firmware has to be
obtained at the Service Center.

1. Make sure the banknote is placed
properly in the loading tray.
2. Repeat the banknote verification.
If the error code is displayed again,
the banknote cannot be identified as
genuine.
Infrared mark location error
Banknote color image detection error

Banknote size error
UV reflection error
Combination of several errors specified above
Incorrect banknote capture or banknote jam Repeat the banknote verification
The banknote is jammed while processed in the forward/
backward mode
