1. Włącz wagę naciskając przycisk ON / OFF .
Naciśnij ten przycisk szybko dwa razy, po czym na
wyświetlaczu pojawi się i będzie migać wartość
wzrostu.
2. Aby zmierzyć wzrost, posługuj się wzrostomierzem,
który jest zamontowany do wagi.Wskaźnik poziomu
wzrostomierza należy umieścić w pozycji poziomej.
Wzrost mierzymy z pomocą teleskopowego pręta.
3. Podczas używania wzrostomierza należy zwracać
uwagę na to, aby części teleskopowego pręta
wyciągać jedną po drugiej zgodnie z rycinami pod
tytułem ”Używanie wzrostomierza” (Wyciąganie:
najpierw pręt o mniejszej średnicy, aż do oporu, a
następnie pręt o większej średnicy. Z powrotem:

4. Wstaw dane swojego wzrostu za pomocą strzałek (do
dołu i do góry).

6. Stań na platformę wagi ! Gdy wskaźnik ciężaru ciała
ukaże się na wyświetlaczu, naciśnij przycisk BMI /
HOLD.Wtedy na wyświetlaczu ukaże się napis HOLD.
7. Naciśnij jeszcze raz przycisk BMI / HOLD ! Wskaźnik
ciężaru ciała i wskaźnik BMI pojawią się przemiennie
na wyświetlaczu.
8. Wskaźnik ciężaru ciała i wskaźnik BMI pojawi się
przemiennie 5 razy na wyświetlaczu, zanim waga
automatycznie wyłączy się po 30 sekundach.
9. Aby wcześniej wyłączyć wagę (przed 30 sekundami),
naciśnij przycisk ON /OFF jeden raz.Wstawione dane
wzrostu pozostają w pamięci.
10. Jeżeli wagę używasz tylko do pomiaru ciężaru ciała i
nie chcesz kontrolować wskaźnika BMI, możesz wagę
wyłączyć naciskając przycisk ON / OFF przez 3
sekundy (w przybliżeniu).
Po zważeniu się wagę można ustawić na tarowanie,
naciskając przycisk TARE. Wtedy wskaźnik ciężaru ciała
zostanie usunięty, waga zostanie zzerowana ( 0.0 ) i

• Waga powinna być używana w czystym i suchym
środowisku oraz na płaskiej i twardej powierzchni.

Appliance recycling at the end of its service life:
1. Switched on the scale with the ON/OFF button. Push
the button two times quickly, so the height
parameter flashes on the display.
2. For measuring your height use the height rod fixed
to the scale. Turn the level indicator of the height rod
to horizontal position, then with the help of the
telescopic rod measure your height.
3. When using the height rod pay attention to pull the
telescopic parts one by one according to the
pictures of "Using the height rod". (Pulling out: first
pull the smaller diameter rod until possible, then the
bigger one. Pushing back: first push back the rod
with the bigger diameter, then the smaller one.)
4. Press up or down arrow buttons to indicate the
height.
5. Then press SET to confirm the data. After this "0.0" is
displayed, the scale is ready for measuring.
6. Stand on the measuring platform. After dislay shows
the weight press the BMI/HOLD button. Then HOLD
sign will appear on display.
7. Press again the BMI/HOLD button. Then weight and
BMI value will blink on display alternately.
8. The body weight and the counted BMI value flash 5
times alternately, then the scale automatically
switches off in 30 seconds.
9. If you wish to turn off the scale before the 30 seconds,
just press the ON-OFF button once. The height
parameter will not erase.
10. If the scale is only used for measuring weight, and
you don't want to check the BMI value, then the
scale can be turned off by pressing the ON/OFF
button for 3 seconds.
By pressing TARE button after weight measuring the
weighted value will be erased, on display "0.0" will be
shown, so the scale is ready for another measuring.
During measuring, or when display shows "0 g", the
unit (kg, oz, st:lb) can be changed with the slide switch
at the back side of the display box.
• Please keep the scale on a clean and horizontal
surface.
• Keep the scale away from extreme low and high
temperature, and from damp places.
• Do not put weight too sudden on it or drop the scale,
because it has got high precision gauge sensors in it.
• Do not overweight the scale.
• When cleaning the scale do not use abrasive
cleaning agents as they may cause damage.
• If you do not use the scale often or when you use
mains adapter, please remove the battery.
Any extensive maintenance or repair that requires
access to the inner parts of the product must be
performed by an expert service centre.
Packaging materials and obsolete appliances
should be recycled.
The transport box may be disposed of as sorted
waste.
Polyethylene bags shall be handed over for
recycling.
A symbol on the product or its packaging
indicates that this product should not go
into household waste. It must be taken to
the collection point of an electric and
equipment recycling facility. By making sure this
product is disposed of properly, you will help prevent
