3. Limited Warranty on Parts & Labor
MOMENTO provides a warranty to the original purchaser of a new Product against defects in workmanship and materials
for a period of two (1) years.
If a product covered by this warranty is determined to be defective within the warranty period, MOMENTO will either
replace or repair the product at its sole option and discretion.
Products determined defective must be sent to an MOMENTO service center to obtain warranty service.
Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt is required to show that Product is within the warranty period and product
must have original and legible serial number information.
