Select the proper set of dies for the terminal being crimped. The wire size is marked on each die. See
Section 2.4.
CAUTION:
Be sure to use the correct pair of dies for the appropriate wire and terminal.

Loosen the #8-32 setscrew in the upper tool holder in the hydraulic head assembly. Place the punch (Nest)
in the top tool holder and retighten the setscrew. See Figure 2.5.

Loosen the #8-32 set screw in the lower tool holder in the hydraulic head assembly. Then, place the anvil
(Indentor) in the lower tool holder of the hydraulic head assembly and retighten the setscrew.
CAUTION:
A wrong combination of dies may cause critical damage to the tool.
