STEP 1:
1. Please put

upside down on a carpeted or padded surface.
2. Attach
2 pieces of
Bases (2

to the
Top (1)
by using 4 pieces of
Bolts (A)
with 4 pieces of
Flat Washers (B)
and 4 pieces of
Spring Washers (C)
as shown.
3. Use
Allen Wrench (D
) to tighten
Bolts (A)
as shown. Don’t fully tight
Bolts (A)
.
STEP 2:
1. Attach
the 2 pieces of
Connecters (G
)
to the 2 pieces of
Bases (2)
by using 2 pieces of
Bolts (A)
with 4 pieces of
Flat Washers (B)
and 2 pieces of
Nuts (E)
as shown.
2. Use
Allen Wench (D)
and
Wench (F)
tighten
Bolts (A)
and
Nuts (E)
clockwise as shown.
3. When all components are fixed, please fully tighten
all
Bolts (A)
