 General:

 

1.  Strainers are devices for mechanically removing solids from flowing liquids or gases by 

means of a perforated or wire mesh straining element. They are used in pipelines to 
protect equipment such as pumps, meters, manual and control metal seated valves, 
steam traps and regulators. 

2.  Always use Modentic recommended spare parts for maintenance and replacement. 

3. Strainer 

Marking: 

All the marking information should be cast on the body, or on a metal plate which is
