light is off.

sure

appliance is not in
soak mode or rinse
hold special option.

Press on the door
from the closing side
or give a slight push
while trying to open
at the same time.
There is water on the floor.

Make sure the water
supply hose and the
drain hose are not
damaged and that
there are no water
leakages.
•
Make sure that there
is no foam/ water
coming out from the
detergent drawer.
•
Reduce the detergent
dose.
