ATTENTION ! ! !  

• Wheel locks are not intended to brake your wheelchair. It's just there to make 

sure your wheelchair does not start to roll in.

 

• When stopping on uneven ground, always use wheel locks to prevent such 

rolling.

 

• Always use both wheel locks. Otherwise, your wheelchair could be overturned.

 

• Wheel locks are not designed to be used as brakes for a moving wheelchair.

 

RELEASE / INSTALLATION BACK WHEELS 

1. Do one of the following:

 

Unscrew the end of the shaft and pull it together with the wheel out of the shaft 

assembly plate

Pull the four

-

arm release shaft handle and pull the shaft and the wheel out of the 

shaft assembly plate.

 

2. Repeat STEP 1 for the opposite rear wheel.

 

3. To replace the rear wheel on the shaft support plate, reverse STEPS 1

-2. 

ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT 

Close the armrest by pushing the release lever to the DOWN (CLOSE) position 

when the desired handle height is reached.
