How to change battery:
1. Screw off the case of pedometer and open the battery
compartment.
2. Take out the battery and replace a new one.
3. Do not lose or break the metal thread when changing the battery
(see picture above).
4. Close the battery compartment and screw on the case of
pedometer.
Operating instructions
Metric and British system can be set after replacement of new
battery. LCD display flash Metric and British system. Press
“MODE” key to set.
Time setting
LCD display 12:00 after metric or British system is set. Press
“SET” key for 2 seconds and press “MODE” key to choose 12/24
hour display. Then, press “SET” key. “Hour” flashes and press
“MODE” key to adjust the hour. Next, press “SET” and “MODE”
key to adj
ust the minute. Press “SET” key again when complete.
Count steps
Press “MODE” again. LCD display shows “0” and start count steps
from “0”. Press “SET” to reset to zero.
Each step distance setting
In walk distance display, press “SET” for 2 seconds to display
“inch”. Step distance ranges from 10 to 80in by pressing “MODE”
key and it will be added by 2in for each press. (Default value:
24in). Step distance in Metric ranges from 30 to 200cm and it will
be added 5cm for each press. (Default value: 60cm). Pres

Weight setting
In energy consumption display, LCD shows 0.00 kcal at the
beginning and press “KEY” for 2 seconds to display “lb”. Weight
ranges from 70 to 250lb by pressing “MODE” key and it will be
added 5lb for each press. (Default value: 130lb). Weight in Metric
ranges from 30 to 120kg and it will be added 2kg for each press.
(Default value: 60kg). Press “SET” to confirm.
