USA-Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits , pursuant to Part 15 of FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential

and used in accordance with the instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio

The proposed with FCC ID label format is to be placed on the module. If FCC ID is not visible when the
module is installed into the system, “Contains FCC ID: EW4DWMW091” shall be placed on the outside
of final host system.
The device for operation in the band 5150-5250 MHz is only for indoor use to reduce the potential for
harmful interference to co-channel mobile satellite systems.
Caution: Exposure to Radio Frequency Radiation.
To comply with FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, a separation distance of at least 20 cm
must be maintained between the antenna of this device and all persons. This device must not be co-
located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
