1. Overview
This manual describes the specifications, the names of the components and
handling precautions for the type Q66AD-DG channel isolated analog-digital
converter module (with signal conditioning function) (hereafter referred to as
the Q66AD-DG) which are used in combination with the MELSEC-Q series
CPU modules.
