(8) Low speed program operation time

The low speed program operation time is the sum of processing times of the
instructions used in the low speed execution type program to be executed by the CPU
module.
The processing times are the same as those in (4) of this section.
(9) Common processing time
This indicates the processing time common to the CPU modules.
Table11.17 shows the common processing time for each CPU module model.
(10)Multiple CPU high speed transmission processing time
The Multiple CPU high speed transmission processing time is the required time for
Multiple CPU data transmission when the Multiple CPU high speed transmission
function is used.
