3. Removal of the MAIN PCB ASSY
and motor fan (exhaust)
1. Remove the front cover and back cover following “1.
Removal of the front cover and back cover”.
2. Remove the top cover following “2. Removal of the
top cover”.
3. Disconnect the seven connectors (THER, CW-SEN,
CW, FAN1, FAN2, FAN3 and IRI) as shown in Fig.
2-3-1.
4. Disconnect the four connectors (SP, BALLAST, STBY
CTRL and POWER) as shown in Fig. 2-3-1.
5. Remove the four screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-3-2.
6. Remove the screw (b) and sheet metal (c) as shown
in Fig. 2-3-2.
7. Remove the MAIN PCB ASSY as shown in Fig.
2-3-2.
8. Remove the four screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-3-3.
9. Remove the motor fan (exhaust) as shown in Fig.
2-3-3.
