2.2.5 Connecting with the controller

Carry out the following procedure after installing the controller referring to the separate "Controller Setup, Basic
Operation and Maintenance" manual.
(1) Connection of robot arm and machine cable
1) Make sure that the power of the controller is turned OFF.
2) Connect the machine cable to CN1 connector on the robot
arm.
Note) RH-6FRH series is shown. The same connection
method is also applicable to other models with the
same-shaped connector.
Insert the connector until the connector edge is aligned
with the CONBOX surface and tighten two bolts.
(Screw fixing torque: 3.6 to 4.4 Nm)
Connecting the machine cable is completed.
