I Check of outdoor fan motor
Is the resistance between each ter-
minal of outdoor fan motor normal?
(Refer to 11-4.)
Disconnect CN932 from the inverter P.C. board, and turn ON the
power supply.
Rotate the outdoor fan motor manually and measure the voltage
of CN931.
Between 1(+) and 5(-)
Between 2(+) and 5(-)
Between 3(+) and 5(-)
Does the voltage between each terminal become 5 and 0
VDC repeatedly?
Does the outdoor fan motor rotate smoothly?
Replace the outdoor fan motor.
Replace the inverter P.C. board.

Disconnect the connectors CN931
and CN932 from the inverter P.C.
board.
Check the connection between the
connector CN931 and CN932.

Is there voltage 230 VAC
between the indoor terminal
block S1 and S2?

Replace the indoor
electronic control P.C.
board.
Rectify indoor/outdoor
connecting wire.
Yes
If lights up, OK.
If fl ashes, refer to 11-3.
Does the upper lamp of
OPERATION INDICATOR on the
indoor unit light up?
Does LED on the inverter P.C.
board light up or fl ash? (Refer
to 11-6.1.)

Replace the inverter
P.C. board.
Is there bus-bar voltage 325 - 370
VDC between JP715 (+) and JP30
(–) on the inverter P.C. board?

Check the electric parts in main circuit.
