*1 Set the safety connection number starting with 1.
Even if the safety connection is set in a random line, the unset line is deleted and the number is set starting with 1 when the [OK] button
is clicked.
*2 This item is displayed only for a project of the SIL2 Process CPU.
*3 This item is fixed to "Active" when the communication destination is an intelligent device station.
*4 For a project of the SIL2 Process CPU, the output module with diagnostic functions cannot be set.
*5 For a project of the SIL2 Process CPU, the input module with diagnostic functions cannot be set.
