Fault history and the list of fault displays
If the displayed message does not correspond to any of the following or if you have any other problem, contact your sales
representative.
Error message
• A message regarding an operational fault and setting fault
by the operation panel is displayed. The inverter output is
not shut off.
Warning
• The inverter output is not shut off even when a warning is
displayed. However, failure to take appropriate measures
will lead to a fault.
Alarm
• The inverter output is not shut off. An Alarm (LF) signal can
be output with a parameter setting.
Fault
• A protective function is activated to trip the inverter and
output a Fault (ALM) signal.
• The data code is used for checking the fault via
communication or for setting

Others
• The fault history and the operation status of the converter
unit are displayed. It is not a fault.
For the slave, the protective function is not activated.
For the master, the function is not activated.
