10. TILT CKT 
 
   We can rotate raster clockwise or counterclockwise by changing the direction  of  the current flow 
through the tilt coil. 
   When the voltage of MP202(pin3) is larger than 6.5V, the current flows from Q205 to Tilt coil, other 
wise , the current flows from tilt coil to Q206
