APPLICATION MANAGEMENT CENTER (AMC)
The online licensing process managed by the Mitel Application Management Center (AMC)
allows Solution Providers who have accounts on the AMC to manage software licenses online.
Each company is able to supply customers instantly if new licenses are required. Refer to
“Requirements for AMC Connection” in the
3300 IP Communications Platform Technician’s
Handbook
for Software Installer Tool and 3300 ICP system networking requirements.
The products supported in the first external release of the online licensing include:
