2. Aging Test

a. Plug in SD card, flip “Start

Program

File Explorer

Storage Card

autorun.exe”, program copy DM,

movie file to PDA list automatically, automatic play test program and enter figure 1, flip “Battery Calibration”
item to enter figure 2.

b. Plug in USB cable with power cable, the charge LED indicate Red. When charge three hours (charge full, the

LED indicate Green), discharge one hours, then Battery Life Percent is not 100. If the main battery capacity is
not full, test is pass. If it is full, discharge at this station and put the backlight to the brightest, replay movie 15
minutes. If it has change, then test is pass, otherwise, the PDA is fail.
