WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER
LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer of the FumeAway Extractor warrants the original purchaser, that the
product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year.
This warranty includes fan, gauge, electrical and mechanical components. Excluded
are consumable filters, normal wear, and tear on finished surfaces. Any parts that are
determined to be defective by Mistaway are to be returned shipping prepaid and will be
repaired or replaced at Mistaway and shipped back to the customer.

FUMEAWAY MANUFACTURER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, AND MAKES NO WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The customer is solely responsible to determine if the
FA200 Extractor is suitable for their specific application. It is the customers
responsibility to determine if this equipment is applied correctly to their particular
application, installed correctly, and maintained properly. Customer must ensure that
proper safety measures are in place for each specific application. The FA200 is not
designed to be a single solution and additional PPE may be required. The customer
should contact a safety consultant to perform a hazard assessment and use OSHA
guidelines on how to implement, test, and maintain an effective fume control and safety
program per their application to protect the safety of their workers.

Manufacturer of this equipment shall not be held liable for direct or consequential
damages resulting from improper installation, application, maintenance, training, or
improper use.
Any liability for consequential or incidental damages from the use
or misuse of this product that results in personal injury or property damage is
expressly disclaimed.
