5.2 Video Menu
Input Selection
Select the input signal to be used by the Kaleido-Solo. Choose between:
Electrical:
The signal arriving on the rear-panel BNC connector.
Optical:
The signal arriving via optical fiber into the SFP module installed in the rear panel.
Scaler
Auto:
The scaler uses EDID data from the display (via the HDMI port) to determine the optimum image size
for display. The input signal is de-interlaced and then scaled for the display.
Off:
The incoming image is not rescaled. If it is smaller than the display, it will appear centered within the
display. If it is larger than the display, then it is aligned with the upper left corner of the display and
cropped so that only a part of it is shown. In this mode the video will not react to the aspect ratio
configuration.
