This option must NOT be used when output is live on-air.
The option kills off all software processes and then starts up
a stand-alone front panel application from which the user
can select various hardware tests. The killing off of the
Imagestore software results in corrupted output being seen.

The Production Tests are not recommended for general use; they are for
hardware diagnosis only.

Confirmation is required from the user before the

sub-menu can be accessed.
