You have just purchased the original and finest lightweight, adjustable, removable, storable, pick-up truck rack
available. We created this versatile product for you - the person who needs the flexibility of carrying long loads above your pick-up truck bed
but doesn't want to haul around a heavy, bulky, permanent rack on a full-time basis. One person can snap this rack on and off in seconds
without any tools. Carry canoes, kayaks, bikes, windsurfers, skis, snowboards, surfboards, lumber, pipe, ladders and many other items. Be
sure to read these assembly and function directions thoroughly so that you'll understand how to safely make the most of your

BASE BRACKET AND CORNER POST ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
1. From the rear of the truck, slide two base brackets (7) into each rail track slot making sure each base push pin
hole (11) is facing outward. Slight knob (9) rotation may be needed to align the base bolt (8) with the rail track
slot.
2. Slide the base brackets to the desired positions on the rail tracks.
Note: Installation will be easier, if the base brackets are not tightened in place at this time.
3. Insert a corner post assembly (12) into each base bracket by depressing the corner post push-pin and sliding
the post into the base tubing slot (10) until it snaps in place. Position the posts to slope inward and so the top
corner bracket (13) tubing slots point toward each other. Again, when inserted properly, the corner post push-
pin will snap into the base bracket push-pin hole securing the corner post to the base bracket in a position
similar to the slope of the cab with the top corner brackets oriented toward each other.
